Fine Dining and Breathing: Nabby’s

Ambria Garner, Staff Writer

Nabby’s in Plainfield is located at the crossings of Michigan St and Route 59 and has been open since 1990. This year Nabby’s is celebrating 25th year of service.
The menu offers a variety of food items ranging from pancakes to fish sandwiches all the way to different types of homemade pizza. They’re mostly known for catering, which offers an even broader menu of variety.
Nabby’s is a great place to take the family out after a long day or just a place for a quick snack. The menu will compliment even the most stubborn eater’s needs. Compared to places like sonic where the poppers aren’t always a delicious taste, the jalapeño poppers are perfect for customers who want a cheesy-easy spicy bite to eat. The fries are freshly fried with little amount of salt that with please the customer.
The prices of the dinner-lunch-breakfast menu ranges from $2.00 up to $10.00, unless you order the 300 inch sub that is roughly $30.00. It is very affordable that feeds 20-30 people. The catering menu ranges from $10.00 to $365 depending on what customers like to order.
Nabby’s homey feeling compliments the amazing service that customers are given with a welcome greeting at the door and a “Thank you, come again” while departing.
Nabby’s is an overall great place for a nice brunch with family or a cute date with your significant other.
