Q: What do you plan on doing with soccer? Is it a hobby, or something you plan to pursue?

A: Outside of high school, I don’t really have that much of a future in it. I mean, I still love it.

Q: How much have you struggled in it, and was it worth it?

A: The struggle is always worth it. I mean, we put in hours upon hours of just running and conditioning and we [use the weight room] over summer. We hit it more now during the school year and during the season, but it’s always been worth it.

Q: What inspired you to play soccer?

A: I was like, three. My parents said I had to play a sport, so I just pointed at soccer, and that’s what I’ve been playing ever since.

Q: How long [exactly] have you been playing, and how much experience do you have?

A: I’ve been playing since I was three, so thirteen years.

Q: Is there any inspiration, or relatives that do the same thing?

A: Nope, just me.

Q: What position do you play?

A: I play center back for the school.

Q: Do you enjoy it [playing center back]?

A: I love playing center back. I get to see everything. I would choose it again and again anytime.
