Iron man is right

Team Iron Man vs. team Captain America. After looking at the facts, it is clear that Iron Man and his team are not only in the right, but have the upper hand in strength and skill.
Iron Man and his team (consisting of War Machine, The Vision, and Ant Man) are for the law, while Cap and his team of Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Falcon are against it. Spiderman and Black Panther are caught in the middle of the conflict, attempting to stay neutral.
Ignoring the fact that Iron Man’s team is vastly more capable than Captain America’s, Iron Man also has the moral high ground. In “Captain America: Winter Solider,” the unchecked superhero activity almost killed several million people, and caused the downfall of S.H.I.E.L.D. The law would simply require superheroes to answer to the government in event of a major threat or disaster. Only Captain America, Falcon, and Black Widow were able to respond to the threat in D.C. If the law were in place, it’s possible that other heroes would’ve been able to assist and limiwwt the damage.
Iron Man and his team also have the firepower necessary to take down Cap and his allies. The tag team of Iron Man and War Machine have great chemistry, and appear to have honed in their powers to the maximum potential by now.
The Vision, perhaps the biggest wildcard in the conflict, is also perhaps the most diplomatic and peaceful. He has an immense love for the human race, and, as an outsider to the race, can provide a 3rd party stance on the issue at hand.
Ant-Man, while a tad bit inexperienced, has the necessary abilities to complete team Iron Man. His snarky attitude that pairs well with Tony Stark and his recon skills due to shrinking can help the juggernauts like Iron Man and Vision in a battle.
Not to mention Team Cap is short on both firepower and political leverage. The majority of the team, after all, are intertwined with the same government that let the altercation arise to the level that it is.
It should be noted that team switching is possible, especially for heroes originally keeping a neutral stance. For example, while it is said that Spiderman is neutral, the trailer shows Spidey stealing Captain America’s shield, implying that at one point he sides with Iron Man, which would push Team Iron Man further in the lead.
Team Cap not only falls short to Team Iron Man in raw strength and firepower, but do not have a leg to stand on when it comes to their political stance, given the various
