3/19/20 COVID-19 pandemic & Dow Jones recap

In Illinois, there are 422 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are nine cases in Will County and one case in Kendall County. Approximately 3,151 people have been tested for the virus within the state.
Nationwide, there are approximately 13,750 cases of COVID-19. Nearly 5,400 of the cases are in New York State.
Globally, there are ~243,000 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 41,040 cases; Iran is at 18,410 cases; Spain is at 13,910 cases; Germany is at 15,320 cases; and France is at 10,900 cases. 9,870 have died, and over 85,500 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones rebounded +188 points, putting it above 20,000 points again. This comes after the market fell -1,340 points yesterday.
