In Illinois, there are 585 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 10 cases in Will County and two cases in Kendall County. Approximately 4,286 people have been tested for the virus within the state.
Nationwide, there are approximately 18,750 cases of COVID-19. Nearly 8,300 of the cases are in New York State.
Globally, there are ~271,630 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 47,030 cases; Iran is at 19,650 cases; Spain is at 20,410 cases; Germany is at 19,850 cases; and France is at 12,635 cases. 11,300 have died, and over 87,400 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones fell -913, putting it below 20,000 points again. Overall, the market is at 19,174 points.
