In Illinois, there are 1,535 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 28 cases in Will County and four cases in Kendall County. Approximately 11,485 people have been tested for the virus within the state.
Nationwide, there are approximately over 52,000 cases of COVID-19. Nearly 700 have died from the novel virus.
Globally, there are 415,000 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 69,176 cases; Iran is at 24,811 cases; Spain is at 39,676 cases; Germany is at 32,781 cases; and France is at 22,605 cases. 18,557 have died, and over 107,000 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones soared +2,113 points, putting it back above 20,000 points. Overall, the market is at 20,705 points.
