In Illinois, there are 1,865 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 40 cases in Will County and six cases in Kendall County. Approximately 14,209 people have been tested for the virus within the state.
Nationwide, there are over 66,100 cases of COVID-19. 944 have died from the novel virus.
Globally, there are 468,523 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 74,386 cases; Iran is at 27,017 cases; Spain is at 49,515 cases; Germany is at 37,323 cases; and France is at 25,600 cases. 21,192 have died, and over 113,750 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones climbed +496 points, putting it back above 21,000 points. Overall, the market is at 21,201 points.
