In Illinois, there are 2,538 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 67 cases in Will County and seven cases in Kendall County. Approximately 16,631 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 26 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 84,000 cases of COVID-19. 1,290 have died from the novel virus.
Globally, there are 530,000 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 80,589 cases; Iran is at 29,406 cases; Spain is at 57,786 cases; Germany is at 43,938 cases; and France is at 29,551 cases. 23,970 have died, and over 122,000 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones climbed +1,352 points, putting it back above 22,000 points. Overall, the market is at 22,552 points.
