In Illinois, there are 5,057 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 224 cases in Will County and 18 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 30,446 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 73 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 161,807 cases of COVID-19. 3,148 have died from the novel virus.
Globally, there are 164,566 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 101,739 cases; Iran is at 41,495 cases; Spain is at 87,956 cases; Germany is at 66,885 cases; and France is at 45,170 cases. 37,582 have died, and over 161,566 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones climbed +691 points, putting it above 22,000 points. Overall, the market is at 22,327 points.
