In Illinois, there are 7,695 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 384 cases in Will County and 36 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 43,656 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 157 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 242,182 cases of COVID-19. 5,883 have died from the novel virus.
Globally, there are 1,011,490 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 115,242 cases; Iran is at 50,468 cases; Spain is at 112,065 cases; Germany is at 84,788 cases; and France is at 59,929 cases. 52,863 have died, and over 210,186 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones climbed +470 points, putting it above 21,000 points. Overall, the market is at 21,413 points.
