In Illinois, there are 8,904 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 455 cases in Will County and 37 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 48,048 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 210 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 276,995 cases of COVID-19.
Globally, there are 1,097,909 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 119,827 cases; Iran is at 53,183 cases; Spain is at 119,199 cases; Germany is at 91,159 cases; and France is at 65,202 cases. 59,131 have died, and over 225,942 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones fell -361 points, putting it at 21,053 points overall.
