In Illinois, there are 16,422 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 1,010 cases in Will County and 86 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 80,857 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 528 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 452,582 cases of COVID-19. 16,444 have died from the virus.
Globally, there are 1,579,690 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 143,626 cases; Iran is at 66,220 cases; Spain is at 152,446 cases; Germany is at 115,523 cases; and France is at 118,781 cases. 94,567 have died, and over 346,780 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones climbed +286 points, putting it at 23,719 points overall.
