In Illinois, there are 23,247 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 1,350 cases in Will County and 114 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 110,616 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 868 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 605,193 cases of COVID-19. 25,989 have died from the virus.
Globally, there are 1,973,715 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 162,488 cases; Iran is at 74,877 cases; Spain is at 172,541 cases; Germany is at 131,359 cases; and France is at 131,361 cases. 125,910 have died, and over 474,261 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones climbed +559 points, putting it at 23,950 points overall.
