In Illinois, there are 27,575 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 1,566 cases in Will County and 123 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 130,163 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 1,134 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 699,706 cases of COVID-19. 37,154 have died from the virus and over 60,510 have recovered
Globally, there are 2,240,191 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 172,434 cases; Iran is at 79,494 cases; Spain is at 190,839 cases; Germany is at 141,397 cases; and France is at 149,130 cases. 153,822 have died, and over 568,343 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones rose +705 points, putting it at 24,242 points overall.
