In Illinois, there are 36,934 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 1,885 cases in Will County and 171 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 173,316 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 1,688 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 866,646 cases of COVID-19. 49,754 have died from the virus and over 85,624 have recovered
Globally, there are 2,703,613 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 189,973 cases; Iran is at 87,026 cases; Spain is at 213,024 cases; Germany is at 153,129 cases; and France is at 159,460 cases. 190,490 have died, and over 737,862 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones rose +39 points, putting it at 23,515 points overall.
