In Illinois, there are 48,102 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 2,254 cases in Will County and 235 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 242,189 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 1,688 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 1,010,717 cases of COVID-19. 58,640 have died from the virus and over 140,138 have recovered
Globally, there are 3,110,219 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 201,505 cases; Iran is at 92,584 cases; Spain is at 232,128 cases; Germany is at 159,431 cases; and France is at 169,052 cases. 216,160 have died, and over 923,724 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones fell -32 points, putting it at 24,102 points overall.
