In Illinois, there are 52,918 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per the Illinois Department of Health. There are 2,492 cases in Will County and 266 cases in Kendall County. Approximately 269,867 people have been tested for the virus within the state and 2,355 have died from the virus.
Nationwide, there are over 1,056,466 cases of COVID-19. 63,642 have died from the virus and over 151,521 have recovered
Globally, there are 3,260,964 cases of COVID-19. As of now, among the countries impacted, Italy is at 205,463 cases; Iran is at 94,640 cases; Spain is at 239,639 cases; Germany is at 162,530 cases; and France is at 166,628 cases. 231,808 have died, and over 1,008,678 have recovered so far.
The Dow Jones fell -288 points, putting it at 24,346 points overall.
