Kaitlin Darche, Features Editor

Q: Do you enjoy helping the students?

A: As far as I can remember, I always wanted to work with students and make a difference. It is my hope in this position that I can continue to do this on an even larger scale.

Q: What’s your favorite part about working with the students?

A: My favorite part so far is the receptiveness of the staff as well as pushing myself out of my own comfort zone, learning about all aspects of the school and technology I was familiar with before.

Q: How do you feel about the new position?

A: Any time you start something new for the first time, there are nerves and uncertainty; however, I feel like I have a good team supporting me, and me and we are going to have a great year.

Q: What made you want to be assistant principal?

A: The opportunity came up, and I felt like it was a good opportunity to try and make a difference in another aspect of the school.

Q: Do you have anything else to add?

A: I hope to continue to build student relationships in this leadership position.
