Pacquiao versus Mayweather

Let’s get ready to rumble. In one corner sits the three time Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA) “Fighter of the Year” who won the prestigious award in 2006, 2008, and 2009. He is also known as the Fighting Pride of the Philippines: Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao.
In the other corner is a five-division world champion, who has won ten world titles, a BWAA award in 2007, and the lineal championship in four different weight classes. From Grand Rapids, Michigan: Floyd “Money” Mayweather.
Pacquiao has 10 official knockdowns coming into the fight of the century.
“I believe that Pacquiao will win the fight, he will win because he has better fighting skills, and he also knows more about what he is trying to accomplish in the ring. He also knows when to punch and when to block. He thinks ahead of what he is intending to do next,” said junior Moises Valencia.
Juniors Allison Reamer and Suhaib Quazi, and Senior Chiderah Ogbozor are also looking forward to seeing the fight.
Pacquaio has averaged an outrageous pace of 670 punches per twelve rounds from 2012-2014
“I want Manny Pacquiao to win because he has more experience and he is stronger and better in the ring. Mayweather has a difficult time during fights,” said Reamer.
Pacquiao comes into “the fight of the century” with a record of 57-5-2 with 38 knockouts. “Floyd Mayweather should win the fight because he is very devoted to the sport. He is sparing no expense in preparations for the match,” said Quazi.
Mayweather has forced his opponents in four of his last five fights to land no better than 22 percent of their punches.
“I want Mayweather to win the fight because he is undefeated and he has better hands than Pacquiao does,” said Ogbozor.
Mayweather approaches the fight of the century with a spotless record of 47-0 with 26 knockouts.
The fight ended with Mayweather winning, marking win 48 for the legend.
The final decision (of the judges) was a score of 112-116.
